Effective PPC Advertising For Storage Firms

Saturday, October 24, 2009
Pay Per Click Designed Specifically For Storage Firms

Conventional and Climate Controlled Storage firms historically used Yellow Pages as their primary marketing support tool to reach their target audience. For years, Yellow Pages provided an effective means of driving leads for their firms. Unfortunately, the price of Yellow Page advertising continued to climb, even in the face of declining usage and performance of the product. Today, the vast majority of Storage firm owners now realize that they need to move advertising dollars out of Yellow Pages and into a more effective marketing channel. For many owners, is has proven to be extremely challenging to find the right replacement tool.

In an effort to solve the problem, Flyline Search Marketing teamed up with the Storage Industry giant Universal Management Company. A team was formed and tasked with finding a marketing solution that would fully address the unique needs of the storage industry. The team studied industry trend data and came to some basic conclusions. A large percentage of people renting storage units often live within a 5 - 10 mile radius of the storage facility they select. The average storage unit rents for less than $50 per month. As discussions progressed, it became abundantly clear that storage owners needed a truly unique marketing solution. One that could precisely target specific the specific geographic areas they needed to reach. They also needed an affordable solution, capable of delivering a steady stream of high quality, low cost leads. With the tough economy, many stated the desire to avoid committing to long term contracts with large monthly advertising outlays.

The team determined that a Google Pay Per Click program would provide an excellent solution. Google PPC advertising offers excellent geo-targeting capabilities. PPC advertising is also fully capable of delivering an immediate stream of high quality, low cost leads. In addition to PPC, the team determined that Search Engine Optimization was needed. By optimizing each storage owners web site, the program would deliver additional organic lead opportunities as well. Flyline Search Marketing stepped to the plate and created "The Flyline Self Storage Advantage". For more information about this affordable and extremely effective marketing solution, contact Flyline Search Marketing at 1-866-258-5511.

Flyline Search Marketing - Exclusivity

Monday, September 21, 2009

Last week, Flyline Search Marketing put out a very unique business offer to Personal Injury Attorneys advertising in the Atlanta marketplace. The company offered to provide Pay Per Click service, on an exclusive basis to only 1 Personal Injury firm! According to Flyline Search Marketing CEO Mark Lein, the offering has drawn interest and the firm may now consider extending the offer to other business categories. Company spokesperson, Dwight Houser, stated "Flyline wants to position our firm differently from larger competitors". Larger PPC firms often serve 4 to 5 Personal Injury firms, all operating within the Atlanta marketplace and same Pay Per Click coverage area. Flyline feels that model only stands to serve and benefit the PPC service provide. It does not not serve the best interests of the client. Flyline Search Marketing has always prided ourselves on being a client focused and client first business partner."
